At Ps; Archive by Di, every piece is thoughtfully curated in the hope of finding its next love story.  As our pieces are pre-loved and often one of a kind, we encourage you to read each product description carefully and review all photographs before making your purchase.

We want you to shop with confidence, and we're always happy to help if you have questions about a piece before making it yours.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

As each piece is unique and pre-loved, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including situations where an item no longer suits your preferences or expectations.

We encourage you to review the product photographs, condition descriptions, measurements and inclusions carefully before confirming your purchase. If you need additional photographs or information, please contact us before purchasing.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Pre-Loved Condition

Every pre-loved piece has its own history. Signs of previous use may include scratches, creasing, scuffs, hardware marks, corner wear or other imperfections.

We aim to describe each item's condition accurately and highlight noticeable imperfections in the product photographs and descriptions.

Normal signs of wear that were clearly disclosed before purchase are not, by themselves, grounds for a return or refund. This does not exclude any rights you may have if an item fails to conform to its description or applicable legal requirements.

3. Incorrect, Damaged or Misdescribed Items

Your peace of mind matters to us ♡ If your item arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or you believe there is another issue that existed at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

• Your name and proof of purchase.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs or videos showing the item and the concern.

• Photographs of the packaging, where relevant.

Please keep the item and its packaging while we review the matter.

We'll assess the issue fairly and work with you on an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement where available, a price reduction or a refund.

Where a return is appropriate because of an error on our part, we'll arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs, as applicable.

4. Authenticity Concerns

Authenticity is something we take seriously at Ps; Archive by Di.

If you have a genuine concern about the authenticity of an item purchased from us, please contact us with your purchase details and supporting information so we can investigate.

We'll review the matter carefully and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our obligations as the seller.

5. Return Arrangements

If a return is approved, please wait for our instructions before sending the item back.

The item should be returned with its original inclusions, accessories and packaging where applicable. Please do not use, alter, repair or attempt to clean the item before the matter has been resolved.

For any return that we agree to accept outside situations involving an error on our part, we'll explain the return arrangements and applicable shipping costs in advance.

These requirements will not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is agreed upon or required, we'll confirm the refund amount and arrangements with you.

As payments are generally made via PayNow or bank transfer, we'll confirm the appropriate refund method with you directly. Processing times may vary depending on the circumstances and the financial institution involved.
